How your pool is installed
We explain step by step the installation process of your swimming pool
01
Ground excavation
First, the location for the pool installation is decided. Several factors must be considered, such as step access, sun exposure, the slope... Once the location is defined, the excavation of the ground will proceed.

Ground preparation
Once the excavation is complete, it will be necessary to level the ground with small gravel and flatten it so that the pool rests correctly on the bottom.

Pool installation
The carrier will arrive with your new Ceramic de Luxe pool and unload it with the crane to place it in the hole previously excavated and leveled by the operators, provided that the distances and the terrain allow it.

Leveling
Once installed, the levels must be checked again. If they are not correct, they must be adjusted until the pool is properly leveled.

Perimeter filling
The entire remaining gap between the pool and the excavation must be backfilled. This should be filled with gravel to prevent potential movements and shifts.

Peripheral installations
The installation of all pipes, skimmers, and the filtration system will still be required. As the gravel filling progresses, everything will be installed and connected up to the filtration shed or technical room.

Concrete ring beam
To ensure the correct installation of the pool, a concrete ring beam must be constructed to seat the pool on it. We recommend using mesh reinforcement in the concrete.

Installation of the coping stone
To finish, custom-made coping stones are generally installed for each polyester pool model. However, some customers opt for the installation of wooden decking or a full terrace.
